  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0.00 – Enjoy premium pet supplies with zero shipping costs on qualifying orders.

Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Calvenisse delivery straight to your doorstep.

Sizing & Care

How do I choose the right size for my pet's harness or bed? A proper fit is crucial for your pet’s safety and comfort! We provide a detailed Sizing Guide (including neck, chest girth, and weight recommendations) on every applicable product page. We highly recommend measuring your pet with a soft tape measure before placing an order. If your pet falls between two sizes, always choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Are Calvenisse pet beds and mats machine washable? Yes! We know pets can be messy. Most of our beds and mats feature removable, durable covers that are 100% machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and air-drying or tumble-drying on low heat to preserve the fabric softness.

Are the materials safe if my pet loves to chew? While no fabric is completely indestructible, we use heavy-duty, chew-resistant weaves and strictly non-toxic components. If your pet is an aggressive chewer, we recommend supervising them during their first few interactions with any new soft products.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you and your pet to be completely happy. We accept returns on completely unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, items returned with pet hair, stains, or signs of outdoor wear cannot be accepted.
